Yoga is an ancient practice that involves a series of breathing patterns and movements aimed at improving your physical, mental, and overall health. As yoga gained popularity through the years, as people gained the multitude of benefits through practicing yoga on daily bases. At New Age Pre-school North Bangalore have specially designed curriculum, which includes yoga as a part of our regular session.

The Yoga contains a plethora of yoga-related posts, categorized into asanas, Ayurveda, benefits, usage of yoga accessories, lifestyle, meditation, yoga philosophy, pregnancy yoga, travel yoga, and many more.

Asana is a third limb of Ashtanga yoga. Asana means pose or posture. According to Patanjali Muni, asana is a steady and comfortable posture. It is state of complete equilibrium of body, mind and spirit. Asana should be comprising of deep breathing, relaxed movements and mental concentration coupled with awareness of the body, mind and emotions during practice. Yoga asanas have an extraordinary capacity to rejuvenate and bring back the entire body, spirit system into a balanced state.

According to Upanishads, the posture in which one can sit for indefinitely and comfortably is called Asana. Yoga sutra says Asana is mastered and perfected when all effort is relaxed and the mind absorbed in the infinite.

Asanas will have to be practiced in empty stomach and preferably in the early morning hours. This practice also serves to charge your mind and prepare your body for the day’s activities.

The effects of asanas are infinitely enhanced by combining proper breathing during the flow of yoga postures. It also eases the muscles, increasing flexibility. It requires good trainer who perform and teach asanas without injury. New Age Pre-schools have a very good and experience trainers who will take care and handle the children in a good manner.
