Ayudha Pooja
Ayudha Puja means 'Worship of tools or instruments' and is a very important part of the Navaratri festival. It is celebrated on the 9th day or Navami tithi of Navaratri festival. Demon King Mahishasur was killed by Goddess Durga Devi after 8 days of fierce battle between the two.
